Besides being responsive (SAAB called back), working with Kim, their Office Manager / Dispatcher was great.  Kim worked with me around a tough schedule.  Remembered my concerns about a timely and worked with the plumber, Tyler, to make sure things went smoothly.  Tyler, was also great. On-Time, polite, professional.  Tyler explained what he found and what he did and importantly, was able to use existing material.  I was convinced I would need new drain piping or fixtures after 17 years.  But, Tyler confirmed the existing material was fine and just needed to be correctly seated and retightened gently as it was PVC.  Excellent!
