It's hard to find available plumbers and electricians. I'm very familiar with leaving a voicemail and not hearing back for multiple days. Meanwhile, you have no hot water or no heat, and every day without feels like an eternity. I'll give 2 stars automatically if there is someone available to pick up the phone and schedule service. If the technician shows up when they say, another star. Two additional stars for fixing the problem quickly and going above and beyond by telling me what to expect in terms of maintenance on the unit. Came within the time window his office provided, identified the issue, went to a plumbing supply house, and now I have hot water again! The only thing that did not happen was the quote for a new hot water heater that I requested. The only reason why I did not ding the rating is because (see above) I talked Marc's ear off and made us both forget.
